Madhav leads the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice, with a focus on commercial litigation, arbitration, matrimonial litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy, and constitutional matters. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, and District Courts.

He has extensive experience in handling complex commercial disputes, due diligence exercises, and drafting and vetting a wide range of commercial and contractual agreements. His practice includes representing banks and financial institutions in recovery, insolvency, and enforcement proceedings, as well as advising individuals and corporations in commercial and contractual disputes.

Madhav is empanelled as Panel Counsel for the Ghaziabad Development Authority and the Lucknow Development Authority, advising and representing them in property, contractual, and regulatory matters.

He also advises startups and established businesses on corporate structuring, statutory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies, bringing a strategic and commercially focused approach to both litigation and advisory work.
