Mr. Aditya Ajgaonkar, Advocate and published author, is serving as a Consultant with J&J Legal and is looking after the Firm’s litigation and legal matters at Mumbai. He practices before various Courts and Tribunals at Mumbai and Delhi, with core expertise in Commercial Laws, Taxation, Economic Offences, White-Collar Crime, and matters involving the interplay of commercial transactions with constitutional principles and jurisprudence.

Mr. Ajgaonkar is the author of Your Queries on PMLA published in 2023, a notable work on the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. He has also co-authored The Doctrine of Promissory Estoppel – A Public Law Perspective along with Dr. Ashok Saraf, Senior Advocate, published in 2026.

He pursued his LL.M. from Cardiff University, where he specialised in money laundering laws and authored his dissertation on the subject. Having trained under some of the leading legal luminaries in the country, he brings significant experience in complex commercial and regulatory litigation.

Apart from his litigation practice, Mr. Ajgaonkar regularly contributes articles to professional and legal publications and is frequently invited to speak on contemporary legal issues, particularly in the areas of financial crimes, constitutional law, and commercial jurisprudence.
